3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Termination

Your account may be terminated in the following ways:

  • Automatic Termination: If you do not use the Service for 60 consecutive days, we will automatically delete all of your data from our systems.

When you upload your resume or provide information for your profile, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems, including job matches and document customizations, is provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content for any purpose other than your job search through our platform.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Options

6.2 Free Trial

We provide a one-week free trial period for new users to evaluate if our service meets their needs. No payment information is required during the trial period.

6.3 Payment Terms

By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

6.4 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any subscription fees paid, regardless of usage.

6.5 Subscription Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes to your subscription will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

We do not guarantee employment or successful job placement through the use of our Service. Job matching is based on the information provided and available job listings, but ultimate hiring decisions are made by employers.

While we provide document customization services to help improve your job application materials, we do not guarantee that such customizations will result in interviews or job offers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Talent Rodeo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Talent Rodeo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona for the resolution of any disputes.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, all disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Talent Rodeo regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
