- Inactive Accounts: If you cease to interact with our system (either through website login or phone conversations with our AI), we will delete your data after 60 days of inactivity.
- Employer Data: Company information and job postings are retained for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after cancellation.
- User-Requested Deletion: You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
- Introduction Records: We maintain records of successful introductions for 12 months for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

- Candidate Consent Required: When our AI identifies a potential match, we contact candidates first to gauge interest before any introduction
- Voluntary Participation: Candidates always have the right to decline an introduction with no impact on other services
- Controlled Information Sharing: Only after candidate consent do we provide contact information to enable direct communication between parties
- Introduction Details: We share the candidate's name, contact information, and professional summary with the employer only after explicit consent
- Mutual Introduction: We simultaneously share the employer's company information and job details with the candidate
