  • Job Seekers: We do not store your resume permanently. Its contents are only used during calls with our AI to derive your search criteria and qualifications summary.
  • Inactive Accounts: If you cease to interact with our system (either through website login or phone conversations with our AI), we will delete your data after 60 days of inactivity.
  • Employer Data: Company information and job postings are retained for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after cancellation.
  • User-Requested Deletion: You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
  • Introduction Records: We maintain records of successful introductions for 12 months for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • Are created only for candidates who have opted into our introduction service
  • Are used solely to help employers identify potential matches before requesting an introduction

5.3 Introduction Service

Our AI-facilitated introduction service operates as follows:

  • Candidate Consent Required: When our AI identifies a potential match, we contact candidates first to gauge interest before any introduction
  • Voluntary Participation: Candidates always have the right to decline an introduction with no impact on other services
  • Controlled Information Sharing: Only after candidate consent do we provide contact information to enable direct communication between parties
  • Introduction Details: We share the candidate's name, contact information, and professional summary with the employer only after explicit consent
  • Mutual Introduction: We simultaneously share the employer's company information and job details with the candidate

5.4 Service Providers

We may share information with service providers who help us deliver our services (e.g., hosting, data analysis, customer service, payment processing). These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for providing services to us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
